William Lee Stike

William Lee Stike, better known as Lee, age 87 of Warrensville, died Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Forest Ridge Assisted Living.  Mr. Stike was born March 22, 1933 in Ashe County to the late William and Hattie Turnmire Stike.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife, Maude Medley Stike and brothers, Riley, Ray and Howard Stike.  Lee attended Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 8, 2020 in the Poe Cemetery by Rev. Tommy Dollar.  The family will receive friends following the service.

Mr. Stike is survived by, brothers, Paul Stike and Fred Stike both of Warrensville, sisters, Gaye Turnmire and Mae Medley both of Warrensville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
