Theresea Gail Bare Akers

Theresea Bare Akers, age 61 of Advance passed away on Wednesday morning at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  Mrs. Akers was born, Friday, March 15, 1958 in Ashe County to the late Kinza and Fannie Mae Hamby Bare.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by three brothers; Robert Hamby, Keith and Mike Bare.

Mrs. Akers is survived by her son, Terry Ray Akers of Advance, her brother, Donald Bare of Advance and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside Services will be held Saturday at 2:00pm in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens by Rev. Lloyd Day with burial to follow.
