Rex Little

Rex Little, age, 79 of Lansing, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mr. Little was born June 25, 1939 in Ashe County to Howard and Louise Rye Little.  He was preceded in death by his father and his daughter, Kim Little.  Rex retired after 30 years of service from the NC Dept. of Transportation.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and working with his cattle.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, January 11, 2019 at Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Lloyd Day. Burial will follow in the Nella Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 AM prior to the service.

Mr. Little is survived by his wife, Becky Little, his mother, Louise Duvall of West Jefferson, son, Toby Little of Lansing, step-sons, Kevin and Clint Laxton of West Virginia, sister, Brenda Gentry of Charlotte, granddaughters, Sheena Little of Warrensville and Pamela Little of Kingsport, TN, great-grandchildren, Leara Little of Lansing and Landon Treadway of Warrensville, 5 step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
