Leonard Lee Stike

Leonard Lee Stike, age 58 of Lenoir, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Frye Regional Medical Center. Mr. Stike was born May 2, 1963 in Ashe County to the late Elmer and Mable Shaw Stike.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife, Connie Bennett Stike.  Mr. Stike enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and camping.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, January 31, 2022 at Oak Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Tommy Dollar and Minister David Lyalls.  Burial will follow in the Stike Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Stike survived by his daughter, Heather Lynn Stike of Greensboro, brother, Ford Stike and wife Debbie of Cherryville, sisters, Wilma Barker and husband, Charles of Ennice, Doris Barker and husband, Willard of Granite Falls and Nancy Barker and husband Robert of Lansing.  Two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
