Joyce Gail (Trivett) Farrington

Joyce Gail Trivett Farrington, age 71 of Deep Gap, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022 at her home.  Mrs. Farrington was born August 29, 1950 in Ashe County to the late Hurtle and Ardna Wood Trivett.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Mack Farrington and brother, Paul Trivett.  Joyce was a member of Faith Chapel in Fleetwood.  She loved spending time with her family and going to yard sales.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, July 22, 2022 at the Bethany Cemetery by Rev. Daniel Greer.

Mrs. Farrington is survived by, sons, John Christopher Farrington of Wilkesboro and Craig Allen Farrington of Fleetwood, daughter, Melissa Phillips of Deep Gap, sister, Nancy Kerhoulas of Deep Gap, brothers, Talmage Trivett of West Jefferson and Roy Trivett of VA. 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
