Flora Isabell Barker

Flora Isabell Barker better known as Toby age 95 of Lansing died, Sunday, November, 22, 2020 at her nephews residence.  Miss Barker was born January 16, 1925 in Ashe County to the late James and Eary Carpenter Barker.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 27, 2020 in the Howell Hill Cemetery by Rev. Tommy Wurth and Rev. Joey McClure.

Memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses c/o Badger Funeral Home, 300 E. Main Street in West Jefferson.
