Cicero Earl Trivette better known as Jack age 82 of Lenoir passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Mr. Trivette was born in Watauga County on February 20, 1939 to the late Russell Edison and Viola Greer Trivette. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, brother, Junior Trivette, step daughter, Margaret Jeanette Nichols, son, Randall Trivette and granddaughter, Angel Trivette. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Lenoir.
Mr. Trivette is survived by: his wife, Brenda Winebarger Trivette, three children, Larry Trivette of Mountain City, TN, Brenda Campbell of Johnson City, TN, and Michael Trivette of Creston, four step-children, Gena Carty of Wilkesboro, Karen Summers, Buster Heskett and Steve Hamby all of Lenoir, two sisters, Shirley Trivette of Creston, Melinda Betty Winebarger of Creston, five brothers, Ervil Trivette, Roy Trivette, Clyde Trivette, Kenneth Trivette all of Creston, and Gary Trivette of Warrensville; 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 2:00pm at Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Charles McCoy, Pastor Dewey Bristol and Pastor Mike Trivette. Private family burial will follow in the Trivette Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 pm Wednesday prior to the service at Badger Funeral Home.
