Tonya Jo Mallette

Tonya Jo Mallette, age 57 of Fleetwood, NC passed away Monday, September 22, 2025 at her residence.

She was born January 3, 1968 to Songia Grace Pollard and the late Charles Pollard.

She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Mallette of the home; one son, Daniel Mallette of the home; two daughters, Faith Mallette of the home, Amanda Shatley and husband John of Crumpler; two grandchildren, Isabella Lyalls and Joshua Mallette; mother, Songia Grace Pollard of the home; two brothers, James Pollard of Deep Gap and Tommy Pollard and wife Krishelle of Kingsport, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

The family requests the honor of your presence at the funeral service to honor the life of Tonya 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Chestnut Hill Community Church with Reverend Richard Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grandview Memorial Funeral Home, 789 Grandview Drive, Sparta, NC 28675 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
