Richard Kenneth Hart, Jr. "better known as Bubby" age 43 of Laurel Springs, NC died Monday, September 30, 2002 at the North Carolina Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC. Mr. Hart was born on October 25, 1958 in Ashe County, NC to Richard Kenneth Hart, Sr and Hilda Howell Brookshire.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Badger Funeral home Chapel. Rev. Roger Pickett and Rev. Lloyd Day will officiate. Burial will follow in the Transou Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home.

Heather Hart of Taylorsville, NC

Step Daughter: Christy Denny of Georgia

Mother and Step Father: Bill and Hilda Howell Brookshire of Moravian Falls, NC

Brother: Eddie Hart of Laurel Springs, NC

Sister: Ruth Hart Green Wilkesboro, NC

Grandson: James Osborne, Jr. of Creston, NC

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
