Mary Jane Howell Cox, age 41 of Creston, NC, died Monday, November 10, 2003 at her home. Mrs. Cox was born September 12, 1962 in Ashe County to John Paul and Margaret Ham Howell. She was preceded in death by her father and brother, John Howell.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 13, 2003 at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bill Guy, Rev. Spencer Roark and Minister Danny Miller will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 till 8:00 PM Wednesday, November 12th. at Badger Funeral Home.

Son: Robbie Paul Howell of Warrensville, NC

Step-daughters: Ashley Osborne of Creston, NC & Dawn Ritchey of Warrensville, NC

Mother: Margaret Ham Howell of Lansing, NC

Brother: Rick Howell of Warrensville, NC

Sister: Debbie Cruz of West Jefferson, NC

2 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
