Joanne Bare Richmond

Joanne Bare Richmond, 82 of Jefferson, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2022 at Westwood Hills Nursing Center in Wilkesboro.  Mrs. Richmond was born on February 9, 1940 in Lancaster, PA to the late Robert Brown and Stella Fisher.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Robert Richmond, daughter, Wendy DeHaven, two sisters, Carol Wistar and Kimberly Latvala.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 2:00pm at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Newcastle, DE.

Mrs. Richmond is survived by one daughter, Brenda Tice of Jefferson, one brother, Robert Brown of Delaware, one sister, Sharon Milson of Delaware, one grandson, Jason Bare and several nieces and nephews also survive.
