Claudine (Roten) Turnmire

Claudine Roten Turnmire, age 84 of West Jefferson passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 in Ocala, FL.  She was born February 4, 1939 in Ashe County to the late Reece and Ruby Roten.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, August 5, 2023 at the Roten Cemetery in Warrensville.

Mrs. Turnmire is survived by, two sons, Tim Roten (Alicia) and Mark Turnmire (Chrissy) all of West Jefferson, daughter, Penny Knobel (Rob) of Ocala, FL, sister, Wiladene Calhoun (Pat) of West Jefferson, brother, J. R. Roten (Bracel) of West Jefferson, 4 grandchildren, Justin Roten, Jason Roten, Josh Knobel and Makayla Turnmire and 3 great-grandchildren, Riley, Asher and Lucas Roten. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
